Cookie Notice

A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to send back on each visit. Browser storage is different: information is held on your device and read by the site while you are using it, rather than sent with every request. ScentStop relies mostly on browser storage.

• Sign-in. When you sign in, your session is held by your browser so you stay signed in between visits until you sign out or it expires.
• Security. Short-lived values used during sign-in and account confirmation to make sure a request came from you.
• Remembered preferences. Small ScentStop-scoped values such as the email address and sign-in method you last used, and, for partners, the organisation you were last viewing. These are conveniences only and never decide what you are allowed to see.

We do not store passwords or payment details in your browser, and remembered preferences carry no permission of any kind.

We measure how the site is used with Metricool, so we can see which pages and features people reach. It records page views and interactions, never your name, email address or the content of anything you send us. There is no advertising technology on the site.

You can turn this off under Usage analytics in Settings, on the open site or in your account. While it is off, the Metricool script is never loaded. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, nothing is measured whatever the setting says. Signing in, security and remembered preferences work either way.

You can clear cookies and site data for scentstop.co.uk in your browser settings at any time. Doing so will sign you out and clear remembered preferences. Blocking this storage entirely will stop sign-in from working.
