These terms apply to your use of scentstop.co.uk, the ScentStop customer account area and partner access. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Separate terms will apply to buying products online, and to any commercial partnership. Those are agreed separately and are not replaced by this page.

ScentStop is not yet trading online. Product information, formats and placement plans shown on the site describe intent and direction. They are not offers to sell, and they may change before launch.

Nothing on the site should be read as a commitment to availability, pricing or a launch date.

When you create a ScentStop account you agree to:

• give accurate information and keep it up to date
• keep your sign-in details private and not share your account
• tell us through Contact if you believe your account has been misused

We may suspend or close an account where there is misuse, a security concern or a breach of these terms.

Partner access is not open to public registration. It is granted by approval and depends on your membership of an organisation we have verified.

Being given partner access does not create, vary or replace a signed commercial agreement. Commercial terms, including any revenue share, are agreed in writing for a specific organisation and location.

The ScentStop name, marks, written content, photography, compositions and design are owned by us or used with permission. You may view and share the site normally, but you may not copy, republish or use our brand or content commercially without written permission.

Please do not:

• attempt to gain access to accounts, data or systems you are not entitled to
• interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the site
• use automated tools to scrape, overload or abuse the site or its forms
• submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content through our forms

The site links to places we do not control, including our social profiles. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.

We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of the site, and we may update these terms as ScentStop develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

We take care with the site, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, and information about a pre-launch product may be incomplete.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

The legal entity operating ScentStop, together with its registered details and governing law, will be confirmed on this page before public registration and online sales open. We would rather leave this open than state something unverified.
